  • Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
  • Add all ingredients, except for the vanilla extract, in a large bowl and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes to soften.
  • Mix in vanilla.
  • Add all to the blender and pulse 4 times.
  • Store in jars in the refrigerator for about a week.

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste, unsalted

  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, ground

  • 2Avocado – chopped.
  • 1Banana
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

Directions
  • Add ingredients in the order listed and blend on low setting until smooth.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp VANILLA UNSWEETENED GREEK STYLE PLANT-BASED YOGURT, VANILLA
Directions
  • Blend the raspberries and set aside.
  • Blend the coconut sugar and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Evenly distribute the blended raspberries in the popsicle molds and then distribute the yogurt blend in each mold on top.
  • Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until ready.
